THE RETURN OF THE HAPPY COW RIDE!
SUNDAY, May 22nd, 2011
The Happy Cow ride is on! It will be held on Sunday, May 22nd, 2011.
Greetings all:
My scouts have just advised me that on Sunday, May
22nd there is a tentatively scheduled bicycle function of some sort
on Lucas Valley Road
which may require several miles of controlled one way traffic.
Instead of chancing that it won't happen, I have decided to
MOVE the START POINT from the Sheraton Four Points to SAN MARIN
PLAZA in NOVATO.
Meet at the WEST END of the parking lot at
10:00am-ish, be ready to roll by 10:30.
For mapping purposes I have used the
Starbucks located in the Plaza at 127 San Marin
Drive.
This will actually cut about 10 miles off the trip to
Occidental, but it is an equally beautiful ride on a very nice road
with smooth wide sweepers, gently rolling hills and lots of Happy
Cows! Please be sure and arrive with a full tank of gas.
