Montana I has been awarded the bid for the West Coast Conference Convention

in 2008. This page will contain information on the convention dates, registration

and other information about Billings, Montana and the surrounding area.

The dates have been finalized for WCC convention 2008. In order to allow our

WCC brothers and sisters to go to Sturgis as part of their ride through

the Big Sky, we have set July 27-31, 2008 **(please note the change in dates)**

as the dates for the convention. The Holiday Inn Grand Montana in Billings will be

the host property for the event. We are hoping to get several of the vendors from

the GWRRA Wing Ding in Billings in the summer of 2007 to return to Billings for the

WCC convention in '08. There will be pre-registration forms available in Reno at the

2007 convention for those who want to sign up early.

This will be the first time that the Blue Knights®

have been to Billings and we promise to do everything we can to make it an event

to remember. All those Gold Wingers and H.O.G. riders can't be wrong.

This should also be Big Sky Bike Week. If anyone has ideas or suggestions that can

help us make this everything we all hope for, please contact any of the Chapter

Officers listed on the Officers page of the site. Our e-mail addresses are on the page also.

Dave Evans will be the new President effective January 1, 2007 and Bruce Coccoli is

staying on as Vice-President to keep things running smoothly. Our e-mail addresses

will remain the same. If you have any questions, concerns or special rides you would like

to make, we'll do all we can to accomodate you.

Schedule of Events (more will be added as the convention nears)

Unless otherwise noted, all events except rides will take place at the host hotel.

There will be guided and self rides daily. Maps will be avavilable.

July 27, Sunday @ 7 pm- WCC Board of Directors/Presidents meeting

July 28, Monday @ 9 am- General Meeting

July 29, Tuesday starting @ 9 am- Show and Shine and Riding Competition

July 30, Wednesday @ 7 pm- Banquet

July 31, Thursday @ noon- Western Style Barbecue

We will provide maps of all the rides for those who choose to explore. Let us know what you

may want to see before, during or after the convention and we'll do our best to provide scenic

ways to get there.
